The Motion will be heard by the Honorable Dawn Elshere, Circuit Court Judge for the Third Judicial Circuit, at the Codington County Courthouse, Watertown, South Dakota, on the 7th day of July , 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard.
