BY THESE PRESENTS you will take notice that a Petition alleging the children, N.R. with a birth date of February 23, 2011, and A.R., with a birth date of May 17, 2012, are your children and the children are abused or neglected as defined by SDLC Chapter 26-7A and 26-8A, and has been filed with the Clerk of Courts for Codington County, South Dakota, in the Codington County Courthouse in Watertown, South Dakota with an address of 14 1st Avenue SE, Watertown, SD 57201.
The Court has scheduled a Termination of Parental Rights Hearing in this matter for Friday, August 14, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., in the Codington County Courthouse in Watertown, South Dakota, in the Ground Floor Courtroom at which time you must appear and answer the Petition, and failing your appearance at such hearing, the said disposition may be entered, including termination of your parental rights.
