Responses to RFP WHA-26-001: Electrical Panel Update will be received by the Watertown Housing Authority (WHA), 24 Kemp Ave, Watertown, SD 57201 until 2:00 P.M. local time., June 30, 2026 to provide labor and materials to update 63 electrical panels at The Hi-Rise located at 6-1st St. SW, Watertown, SD 57201. Contractors who qualify for DBE/MBE and WBE status are encouraged to participate and will be given preference as stated in the RFP documents. Scope of work may include, but not necessarily limited to replacement of apartment electrical panels and circuit breakers.
