FOR THE PURCHASE OF SURPLUS
COMPUTER EQUIPMENT
The Watertown School District is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the listed surplus computer equipment. The sealed bids will be received by the Business Manager up until 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the High School, 200 – 9th Street N.E., Watertown, South Dakota, 57201. Bidders must clearly mark on the outside of the envelope that a “Surplus Property Bid” is enclosed and to use the bid forms provided by the District. It is the intent of the District to sell the surplus items in groups listed in the bid proposal form and not on an individual item basis.

The surplus computers shall be picked up at the Watertown School District’s storage building following the School Board’s approval at its April 13, 2026, meeting, but prior to May 13, 2026, pending proper payment from the successful bidder. Additional information in reference to the above surplus property can be obtained by contacting the Watertown School District Technology Department at 605-882-6356.
All bids will be publicly opened and read at the time specified above, referred for study and acted upon by the School Board at its next regularly scheduled meeting. The School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and to waive any irregularities.
