2026-27 COPY PAPER
Sealed bids will be received by the School Board of the Watertown School District No. 14-4 of Codington County, South Dakota up until 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the School District Business Office, 200 – 9th Street NE, P.O. Box 730, Watertown, South Dakota, for the purchase of copy paper for the 2026-27 school year.
The School Board requests that bidders use the Bid Proposal Form as provided by the School District. A Bid Proposal Form and General Specifications may be obtained by contacting Heidi Clausen, Business Manager, 200 – 9th Street NE, P.O. Box 730, Watertown, South Dakota 57201. Phone 605-882-6314. Bidders must clearly mark on the outside of the envelope that a “Copy Paper Bid” is enclosed.
All bids will be publicly opened and read at the time specified above, referred for study, and acted upon by the School Board at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
The School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and to waive any irregularities.
