NOTICE OF MEETING OF
COUNTY and CONSOLIDATED
BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, sitting as a County Board of Equalization, will meet in the Commission Chambers at 14 1st Ave SE, Watertown South Dakota, at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, April 14th, 2026; and sitting as a Consolidated Board of Equalization will meet in the chambers of the Watertown City Council, along with members of the Watertown City Council and Watertown School Board, at Watertown City Hall, 20 N Maple St, Watertown, SD; at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, and will hold additional meetings as necessary, for the purpose of reviewing, correcting, and equalizing the assessment of said County for the year 2026.
All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessments are required to submit written notice to the Codington County Auditor no later than April 7th, 2026.
