NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Codington County Board of Adjustment on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 12:30 pm to consider in full or in part the following proposed Conditional Use Permit Application:
- A Conditional Use Permit Pursuant to Section 3.04.02.44 Existing Farmstead Exemption. The applicant, Katrina Boyum, is requesting to retain building rights at the site of an existing farmstead. Property is owned by Frank and Sheila Tschakert and Tiffany Tschakert and is located on a five (5) acre portion of E1/2, SE1/4 of Section 12-T118N-R55W, Codington County.
All persons interested therein may appear and be heard by the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments with the Zoning Officer at 1910 West Kemp Avenue on or before noon, Friday, February 27, 2026.
