Early Watertown tractor company subject of new book

This Dakota tractor on display at the South Dakota Agricultural Heritage Museum on the campus at South Dakota State University, Brookings, is believed to be the only Dakota tractor in existence. Dakota tractors were manufactured in DeSmet and then in Watertown in the early 1900s.
