We would like to put out a call for sealed bids for the following:
Hourly AND mileage rate for maintaining of township roads;
Hourly AND mileage rate for snow removal on township roads;
Bid for crushed gravel and screened gravel – by the ton;
Bid for rock and crushed concrete – by the ton;
Bids for hauling gravel and rock – by the loaded mile;
Bids for payloader work – by the hour;
Bids for replacing culverts;
Bids for mowing road ditches – by the mile.
The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part of any bid or accept a bid for any other than the lowest. Proof of insurance required. Bids must be received by Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Bids may be sent or dropped off to Melissa Roe, 45022 SD Highway 22, Hayti, SD 57241. Bids will be opened Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 7:00 pm at Oxford Township Hall, Hamlin County.
