Let it be known that a 1985 Friendship Industries 16×72 mobile home which is owned by the Estate of Joseph Yost and the Estate of Lacy Yost, whose last known addresses are 1717 15th Ave SE, Watertown, SD 57201, is currently in the possession of Steve Kerkvliet dba Siouxland Properties (Landlord). The undersigned, on behalf of the Landlord, has given proper notice to the above-stated owners that the mobile home is considered to be abandoned property, pursuant to SDCL 21-54-15, and that the mobile home will be sold. The mobile home is currently located on the Landlord’s real property, described as 1717 15th Ave SE in the City of Watertown, South Dakota.
Sale is made subject to any unpaid taxes owed. Sale is also subject to a lien claimed by Landlord against the mobile home for two months’ of unpaid lot rent in the amount of $620.00.
As the property is considered abandoned, it shall be held out for public sale. Said public sale shall take place at the above-stated premises on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The mobile home shall be sold by public auction to the highest bidder for cash.
