NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of an Execution dated the 4th day of December, 2025, I will at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of April, 2026, at the Codington County Extension Building, 1910 W Kemp (north parking lot), in the city of Watertown, county of Codington, state of South Dakota, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash in hand, the defendant’s title to and interest in the following described personal property, to-wit:

2013 Red Kia Optima EX VIN# 5XXGN4A74DG171695

 

Such property will be sold pursuant to an Execution in the amount of $20,000.60, plus interest, court costs, Sheriff’s fees and any other costs incurred.
