NOTICE IS GIVEN that Arlene M. Lukonen died on March 25, 2026. At the time of her death, she was one of the Trustors of the Kenneth J. Lukonen and Arlene M. Lukonen Revocable Trust, dated February 3, 1995. Deborah Lukonen, 44765 Lyle Lake Rd, Florence, SD 57235; Martin Lukonen, 5724 4th Ave SW, Watertown, SD 57201; Keith Lukonen, 17207 450th Ave, Watertown, SD 57201; and Patricia Veeder, 616 Skyline Dr, Watertown, SD 57201, are the current Co-Trustees of the Trust.
Pursuant to SDCL § 55-4-58, Creditors of the Trustor or the Trust must present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or any claim or collection efforts which otherwise could have been asserted or enforced against the Trustor, or the Trust or the assets thereof, may be barred.
Claims may be submitted to any of the Co-Trustees, or to the Co-Trustees’ undersigned attorneys, by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim at the addresses listed in this Notice in a timely manner.
