NOTICE IS GIVEN that Pauline A. LaBate died on March 20, 2026. At the time of her death, she was the Trustor of the Pauline A. LaBate Revocable Trust. Anna Steinbauer, whose address is 1165 Skyline Dr, Watertown, SD 57201, is now the Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to SDCL § 55-4-58, Creditors of the Trustor or the Trust must present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or any claim or collection efforts which otherwise could have been asserted or enforced against the Trustor, or the Trust or the assets thereof, may be barred.
Claims may be submitted to the Trustee, or to the Trustee’s undersigned attorneys, by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim at the addresses listed in this Notice in a timely manner.
