NOTICE IS GIVEN that Carlton E. Whetsel and June L. Whetsel died on January 28,
2026, and December 16, 2025, respectively. At the time of their deaths, they were Trustors of
the Carlton E. and June L. Whetsel Revocable Trust, dated March 21, 2002. Timothy R.
Whetsel, whose address is 400 NE Tiger Lake Rd West, Belfair, WA 98528, is the current
Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to SDCL § 55-4-58, Creditors of the Trustors must present their claims within
four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or any claim or collection
efforts which otherwise could have been asserted or enforced against the Trustors, the Trust or
the assets thereof, may be barred.
Claims may be submitted to the Trustee, or to the Trustee’s undersigned attorneys, by
delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim at the addresses listed below in a timely
manner.
