FLORENCE SCHOOL DISTRICT # 14-1
Florence School board met in special session on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Chair Rislov called the meeting to order at 3:42 pm. Other board members in attendance were Kahnke, and Maag. Hlavacek arrived at 5:05 pm. Bach was absent. Others in attendance were M. Reed (Supt) and Sherri Sumner (Bus. Mgr). The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. A quorum was in attendance.
Motion by Maag, second by Kahnke to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Kahnke, second by Maag to enter into executive session at 3:45 pm for SDCL 1-25-2.4 (negotiations). Motion carried.
Chair Rislov declared the board out of executive session at 5:36 pm. Motion carried.
Motion by Kahnke, second by Maag to adjourn at 5:36 pm. Motion carried.
