One person injured in accident on Highway 81 roundabout

A motorcycle collided with a mid-size SUV at about 9:30 Tuesday night.

One person was injured in a motorcycle-SUV collision Tuesday night on the Highway 81 roundabout at 20^th Avenue SE

Watertown Fire Rescue responded to the accident at approximately 9:30 p.m. A motorcycle and a mid-size SUV collided in the roundabout. One person was evaluated by Watertown Fire Rescue and taken to Prairie Lakes Healthcare System with undisclosed injuries.

Authorities were on the scene for about 25 minutes. Watertown Fire Rescue was assisted by the Watertown Police Department and the Codington County Sheriff’s office.
