LOCAL REVIEW BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the governing body, sitting as a Review Board of Phipps Township, Codington County South Dakota, will meet at the Florence Community Center in said taxing jurisdiction on Monday the 16th day of March, 2026 between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and other times by appointment for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said taxing district for the year 2020.
All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment are required to submit written notice of said property with legal description to the clerk of the local board no later than Thursday, March 12th, 2026.
