Community Transit of Watertown/Sisseton, Inc. is announcing an important update regarding our transit services. Due to recent funding cuts from the Federal Transit Administration, we will need to implement a rate increase, effective January 1, 2026. This change will affect both in-town and out-of-town transit rates and is necessary to address the rising operational costs we are currently facing.
We recognize that any change in rates may have budgetary implications for our valued riders. Therefore, we encourage you to contact your local area representatives for detailed information about the new rates and the range of services still available to you.
