Second Street NE in Downtown Watertown is once again closed to through traffic as work ramps up on the site of the old Watertown City Hall.
Traffic has been severely limited on Second Street since December when the former City Hall was demolished on the west side of the street.
Developers are building an AirStay Hotel on the site.
