By Watertown Current - February 19, 2026 in The Town Board for the Town of Florence met on February 2nd, 2026, at 6:30 pm. Present were President Fischer, Trustee Tschakert, Trustee Deville, P Callan, T Wiegman and Finance Officer Tschakert. The agenda was approved by Deville and second by Tschakert.
Reading of the minutes, Tschakert approved and Deville second. All Aye.
Old Business: There was nothing new to report.
New Business: There was nothing to report.
Trustee Report: There was nothing to report.
Maintenance Report: Trustee Tschakert has been replacing antennas at several residents.
Finance Officer Report: Finance Officer gave a report on a new system that will be coming to replace the current meter reading system.
Finance Report was approved by Deville and second by Tschakert. All Aye. General Fund 8645.70; Town CD 16922.00; Water & Sewer 333633.33; Sewer CD 6372.53; Water CD 6373.15; Sewer Construction 18199.22; Water Construction 92084.69 and Sewer Reserve 45551.43. Receipts from the session were property taxes 346.50; Metered Water 2057.75; Surcharge 1886.00; O&M 574.00; Sewer Charge 1415.55; Sewer Surcharge 2430.00 and Sanitation 2121.00.
