A Watertown woman has pleaded not guilty to 71 criminal charges relating to possession and distribution of child pornography. Gracie Ann Stanton, 20, of Watertown entered the plea at her Feb. 18 court appearance.
Stanton faces two counts of distributing child pornography, a Class 3 felony, for incidents alleged to have occurred on July 14 and Aug 24, 2024. Additional charges include criminal solicitation of a Class 3 Felony and several counts of possession of child pornography.
Stanton remains in custody at the Codington County Detention Center on a $40,000 cash-only bond.
