NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ON A VARIANCE APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Codington County Board of Adjustment on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. to consider in full or in part the following proposed Variance Application:

  • A Variance request to Section 3.04.03.1 Lot Area. The applicants, Christopher and Natasha Zubke, are requesting to create a 10-acre parcel within the S1/2 of NE1/4, Section 12-T119N-R52W, Codington County, SD, for purposes of constructing grain bins for an existing farming operation.

All persons interested therein may appear and be heard by the Board of Adjustment at said hearing. All application information, reports, and written comments will be posted at or before 4:30 pm on Friday, April 17, 2026, on the planning and zoning page of the Codington County website at: https://www.codington.org/zoning-office/. Written comments may be filed with the Zoning Officer at 1910 West Kemp Avenue on or before noon, Friday, April 17, 2026.
